The staff were warm and helpful, providing for all of our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing shower facilities. One of the best aspects was the delicious spread offered during the free high tea time. the hotel's jacuzzi and sauna facilities were great for relaxing.
One of the worst aspects was the high price of the hotel. The all-inclusive package seemed expensive for our budget, especially when adding on additional meals and drinks.

The hotel has fantastic facilities including sauna and massage services. The food is exceptional and offers a variety of cuisines. A great advantage was the suggestions for daily walks and excursions organized by the hotel. Locationwise it was very convenient as the cable car up to the mountains was nearby.
The wine served was relatively expensive in proportion to the other offerings. Additionally, the hotel seemed to attract mainly older couples, which could be seen in the atmosphere and the guests.
